Nessie :)
From early morning till early night, we went on a bus toward the city of Inverness, and Loch Ness.
Even Bob came along! :)
Most of the exhibition's many hours were spent on the bus - about four hours one way - then about half an hour on the loch, and then four hours back. Yet our tour guide (Cameron) was great, with a true Scottish accent he told us about the Scottish history, the Loch Ness monster Nessie", the Scottish folklore, and William Wallace.
The movie, Braveheart, was set in 1297 (I think), but did you know, that the kilt didn't come along until about 150 years after that? I'm not complaining, I think Braveheart is a great movie.
But, apparently, there were some mistakes made.
Also we got to listen to some true Scottish music, try this one on YouTube: "Donald where's your trousers"! :)
Nevertheless, Bob had a good time, my father had some good food...
...and, did I get to see Nessie? Well...what do You think? :)
Tomorrow, Thursday, my father and I hope to take Jacob out for a fika - "Everybody Loves a Swedish Fika"!
